Michael Johnson, PMP, leads construction execution for The Amistad Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience managing complex EPC and capital projects. He has overseen programs across the energy, infrastructure, and specialty chemical sectors, with a focus on schedule performance, cost control, and field accountability.

Prior to joining Amistad, Michael held senior leadership roles at nationally recognized engineering and construction firms, where he directed large-scale capital programs, implemented project controls, and recovered hundreds of millions in change order revenue. His experience spans civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes, and his leadership ensures every Amistad project is executed with discipline, transparency, and operational excellence.
