Grant Gilbert

Grant Gilbert is the founder and CEO of The Amistad Company. A career entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure construction, Mr. Gilbert previously founded Sendero Industries and Sendero Energy Services—two highly respected civil firms serving developers across the Gulf Coast and Southwest.

Under his leadership, Amistad was created to deliver high-quality EPC execution with a focus on safety, self-performance, and long-term partnership. He is widely recognized for his field-first approach, deep market knowledge, and commitment to both business excellence and community impact. Mr. Gilbert is also the founder of Pesca de Mayo, a nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses.
