Beth Alessi

Beth Alessi leads all safety operations for The Amistad Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience across energy, industrial, and renewable projects. With advanced OSHA certifications in both construction and general industry, she has built and led field safety programs for clients including ExxonMobil, EDP Renewables, and LyondellBasell.

Beth is responsible for Amistad’s zero-incident safety culture, overseeing all compliance training, field audits, incident investigations, and workforce engagement. She plays an active role in job planning, contractor onboarding, and continuous improvement across sites. Her leadership ensures that safety is fully embedded into both project execution and organizational culture.
